Base Plate
This is the base plate cut from acrylic glass using a laser cutter. The circuit boards fits nicely and it looks cool.
This is the dxf-File used to cut the base (outer Dimensions: 400 mm x 50 mm). Just go up to a facility with a laser cutter (FabLab) with this file and a piece of acrylic glass (8 mm strong) and get your base cut out.
After that you need to cut the threads (M3) as shown below.
